Let the doctor explain to you how you should behave in an emergency.
Ask to hand out your documents if you wish so, and have the visit marked in your records.
For example, in your vaccination certificate, health certificate, diabetes, anticoagulation or X-ray certificate.
Ask your doctor when you should come back to the office.
Discuss what you may have to consider doing yourself until the next visit to sustain a healthy evolution.
Are you allowed to drive your car?
(e.g., in some countries it is forbidden to drive with a cast, or after sedation used for a colonoscopy, …)
Should you obtain a certificate to attest your work inability?
Should you or your physician inform any other insurance company?
(e.g., in case of traffic accidents, it might be the insurance company of the responsible driver)
