John W. Gardner

Dr. med Stephan Schlunke is a trusted, patient-focused Doctor with over 25 years of clinical experience and a long history of serving patients. With extensive involvement in carrying out emergency and scheduled surgical procedures, he is considered a mentor by many of his colleagues. He is a long time teacher in nursing schools, in the operation theatre and wards of the different hospitals and organizations he worked with and for. He was a speaker in several patient’s security conferences and contributed first hand to the implementation of the “surgical time out“ procedure in Switzerland.

Besides his passion, which is surgery, other interests include personal mastery and psychology, vine producing, photography, sailing and abstract painting. His medical career began in 1991:
